“When can I get rid of my car seat?” Child car seat laws by state
My oldest keeps asking the question, “When can I get rid of my car seat?” I told him that was a great question and I didn’t know the answer to it. So, I put my fingers to work and put together a list of what the state regulations are. See below for your state and what requirements are required for your child and the type of seat they must use for vehicles. Now, the next time my son asks, I have an answer!
