The drop-side can detach from the crib, which can create a dangerous gap and lead to the entrapment and suffocation of infants. CPSC is aware of two deaths in Simplicity manufactured cribs with older style hardware, including a 9-month-old child and a 6-month-old child, where the drop-side was installed upside down. CPSC is also aware of seven infant entrapments and 55 incidents in these cribs.

This week I received an email from BabyCenter.com about an article featuring moms who tattoo their children’s names on their body. I thought it was a cool idea. Then it got me thinking, Is this just a mom thing to do or do dads get their kids names tattooed as well? I mean guys seem to have the reputation of getting their girlfriend’s or wife’s name tattooed in their skin, but what about their kids names?
