Tagging your skin with your kids name, is it just a mom thing?

This week I received an email from BabyCenter.com about an article featuring moms who tattoo their children’s names on their body. I thought it was a cool idea. Then it got me thinking, Is this just a mom thing to do or do dads get their kids names tattooed as well? I mean guys seem to have the reputation of getting their girlfriend’s or wife’s name tattooed in their skin, but what about their kids names? Tattoos are very personal, sometimes so personal that people don’t tell the significance of the tattoo. I’m curious to hear your thoughts or if you know of a dad out there who has his kids’ names tattooed in his skin.
